Can anyone tell me if there is hope for a person with skin tags? After my last child was born, (15 yrs. ago)I got med./lrg. skin tags that hang outside my anus. Sometimes they swell and get painful & itchy but mostly they are just like loose grape size pieces of skin.

I am in a new relationship with a man and I find it very embarrasing that he may eventually see this.

Does anyone know if these external skin tags can be removed? I cannot find much information about this but read something about hemmroids being removed with tight elastics. Not sure if I fall into this category.

Any information will be apprecitated.
