I hope my situation is similar to yours. I don't really think it will be necessary to remove anything from inside, my problem is the skin tags.

I don't know if this is just me or not but do you find that you have flare ups and discomfort in conjunction with your monthly cycle? Last month I was miserable with the swelling and the itching. Preparation H doesn't really help at times like that and I was miserable.

Still working up the courage, but I'm getting closer.
