Dear Digest,

I haven't had a good BM since last Friday. This is my second time since 5th grade 22 years ago when I ate a whole bag of vanilla finger cookies. I try and do a #2 but the only thing that comes out is equal to the amount a new born baby would put out. Now my stomach has pains that are very cramp- Feels like someone punched me in the stomach and left their first in me. I have taken ExLax and drink Prune juice but its not helping. Is there any other suggestions? Please Help. Mary I see you name on here alot. TIA. Mike
