I may be a bit late to help but go out and purchase some bisacodyl suppositories and try one of those or get an enema.. In your case a fleets is fine since this is a one time thing. If neither of those do the trick than call up the doc and ask to be seen and he will most likely remove some of the impaction manually. Good Luck.
