I have not found anything on the web about this but for the past month and 1/2 or so I have had noticed that my stools have a very sweet smell. I remember somewhere that a sweet smell to urine can be an indication of diabetes (which runs in my family) so I am a bit concerned. I have not been eating anything new or different during this time period and it is constistantly this way.....Anyone heard of this?
