As a child I might have had one bowel movement once a month, I thought regular was once a week. My mother had the same problem and lived on laxitives and fiber. She died of complications from dyverticulosis.

I found from going to a naturpathic doctor that I had lead poisoning. He thought that prehaps me mum had it as well. I was treated for that with ionic chinese meds and high doses of Vitamin C. I recovered greatly, but had reacurring problems until I found a bowel cleansing program that included an herbal porduct that actually causes the peristalsis (natural movement of the bowel wall)to occur in the bowel. I learned, as my doctor had told me that lead poisoning causes the nerves to the bowel to become paralyzed.

That product as well as a charcoal cleanser and a fine fiber product really set me right. I from there have found that healthy daily dose of a a good liquid (ionic) calcium/magnisium product now is all I need to have a healthy bowel, very comforting as I approach the age at which me mum died.

But I credit this recovery to this ongoing search and research for better health and a longer life, not to any one product, I would be happy to share more with you if you email me.
