I have recently developed piles and to my horror I have noticed some small white,slightly raised, spots on them - is this normal with this condition??

I have also had a skin tag develop right by my external piles - is this a related side effect to piles ?

Anyone know how to succesfully get rid of pilesand the spots !! - I am only 28 and thought piles only affected pregnant women and older people!!
