I guess I'm anally-retentive and am a little overzealous in cleaning after a BM. Sometimes I cause some bleeding, but sometimes (including today) I was pushing without much success and looked in to see fresh red blood (not a ton but enough to concern me - maybe 10-15 drops). Any ideas on what this is or could be? I'd like to think I can just lighten up a bit and have it be OK without going through any doctor visits. Any opinions?
