It could be a number of things. You really should see a doctor,as it could be anything from a hemorroid to cancer. But it might be an anal fissure,and you should not strain when having a bowel movement, and add more fiber to your diet for at least awhile. If it does happen again,however,please go see your doctor if you cant now. Take Care and be well.
