My friend is 40 years old. He is over weight but not extremely. He has had good health except high blood pressure in the last 4 years. In the last year he has went down hill it all started when he was up for a promotion and was told he needed to loose weight. After that he has been vomiting everyday he says he gets a tightness in his chest when the feeling of sickness comes. the docs all thought it was phycolical and he has been seeing a doc for that all along since it started. He lost the 15 Lbs that he needed to be promoted and its been 3 months and still vomitting and he is getting worse. He is even waking up in the night vomitting. His wife thinks its not in his head . She says she knows him and she said she thinks there is something really wrong. The docs never really started taking him seriously until now since all the pressure is off to loose weight and all the stress is gone. So they ordered a CT...MRI... blood work ... urine etc...all came back normal. My friend to me looks like he won't be here very much longer he looks like he is dieing slowly. Does anyone have any idea what this could be? He has lost the 15 Lbs plus. He is 40 but looks 80...Help!!!thanks for any responses.
