It sounds like you have essential tremor. This is a neurological disorder with no known cause. It is usually genetic. I have it, and my father had it. Mine started when I was 13. Have you ever gotten drunk? One classic sign of essential tremor is that it goes away if you drink alcohol. I know what you mean by headaches. My head feels like it weighs about 300 pounds and my neck hurts all the time, and I do get headaches, too. There is medication for ET. However, none of them worked for me, but that doesn't mean they won't work for you. Have you been to a neurologist? That is the kind of doctor you should see.
