I too have a an abnormal sensation in my nose-like a numbness or tingle-almost like an itch that won't go away. It began one summer and has never really gone away. It is intermitent, sometimes every day. My doctor too doesn;t know and a search of medical literature has turned up nothing. It is difficult to even find the words to properly describe it.
