I have very similar sensations, also on the right side; around my temple...its a tingling sensation, feels numb...it comes and goes for a few seconds...and the really weird thing, is that I can "will" it to go away...That is how my doctor describes it...I can literally tell it to go away and it does. It does not hurt, it just is bothersome. It does not affect my eyes however....does this sound like you too Joe?
