Sharon,

I don't remember if I was on any medication, but I don't think I was. I'm not on any now. You see, when I first started, I was going through a very very rough time. I was in 7th grade (yes, I'm in high school) and a girl who I thought was my very best friend, suddenly hated me. I stressed so much that eventually, whenever I was at school, I was constantly nervous and shaking. I was always afraid of what other kids thought about me. I wasn't a popular kid but I did have some REAL friends who are still my friends now, but I thought if my best friend found something wrong w/ me, the other kids must too. I was so nervous about doing or sating something stupid, and being nervous didn't help. The twitching started, but later went away. Then in 9th grade, we moved, and being in the new school was SOO stressful, it started up again. only 10 times worse. In about the time of 1 minute, I would feel at LEAST 20 muscles twitch, I'M SERIOUS! Do I have a disorder or something?

It's gotten ALOT better since, but it is still pretty bad. No, I don't feel like warm water is running through me. But I noticed there are 3 types of twiches I get.

The 1st kind happen the least often, and bother me the least. It is just this shaking, but it mostly happens after I exercise, like after ballet class, my legs tremble, but that's normal isn't it?

The 2nd kind bothers me the second least, but it's noticable. The biology teacher said it was normal when this kid asked about it. I'm not to worried about it. It is when like your arm will be resting and suddenly move. This is the type of twich that involves the movement of your bones, or joints also. It usually goes away when I'm not nervous or under stress.

The 3rd kind is what I'm really bothered by and it's scary. This is when the INDIVIDUAL muscle twitches. It just moves by itself and is completly involuntary. Do you get this? You can even see it move and the only way to stop it is to move it, but it won't always stop. It's so annoying! It feels like this strong pulse in your muscle. Is this really a twitch or is it muscle spasms I've been having?
PLEASE HELP!
