I am really stressed out right now, but I am lactose intolorant. That causes twitches? But it never used to. Anyway, I did do dome reasearch and I think I may have a magnesium deficiency. Tha causes twitches also. i do need some better stress coping skills though. Right now I'm on the verge of getting an eating disorder cause I don't know how to deal with everything. And yes, i do eat alot of sugar!
