The lump and soreness under my arm is what led me to find, I had cancer. Contrary to what you might have heard that cancerous lumps are not painful. Even my doctor insisted, it was probably an infection, I insisted to remove it turned out to be (3) anyway. Because he truly belived it was an infection, he only took the 3 enlarged nodes and did not cleanup. Well he was WRONG, and I had to have a second surgery to clean up what was left behind. Always be informed always insist and never assume that all cases are the same. Take care and good luck
