he needs an angio inhibitor like endo/angiostatin. he should get it on compassionate use basis! immunotherapy may also be appropriate. pretargeted radioimmunotherapy made by neorx or boron neutron capture. and make sure the idiots dont use pulse dose chemo! continuous low dose is much better as it targets the stroma 9tomor blood vessels.0
