there is a good article on prostate cancer in this months us news and world reports. they tell of a 72 year old man who the problem did not go away for and he had a new procedure in which an aritifical sphincter was inplanted, and he no longer has the problem. according to the article something like 8% of men have it after surgery. some people it goes away on its own
