: I too have had colon cancer. Had bowel resection '97 with no lymph node involvement. First thing I did was get a book titled, "Beating Cancer with Nutrition," by Dr. Patrick Quillin. It covers why our bodies get cancer, diet, vitamins, importance of stress management and exercise. I follow as much as I can of what I've learned is good for us cancer people.
