U know where there is a bone by the ear on ur head that feels like a bump? Well I think I have a lump there. I have acne problems but I dont know if its a pimple. Its painful when I touch it. It is very small and was almost unnoticable until i pushed agaisnt the bump. Could it be cancer? The lump is like on the top of the bone.
