I am writting behalf of my husband who has non-small cell lung cancer stageIV. It has metastisized. He has been through 7 mos. of gemczar and navelbine chemo and 1 month of taxotere chemotherapy. His physicians have indicated that he would be a good canidate for ZD1839. We are having difficulty locating a clinical trial that is using this drug. We are desperately looking into the concept of compassionate pleas where a patient can get the drugs outside the confones of a clinical trial. Time is of the essence. We would greatly appreciate any advice. Thank you.
