Where does one find support in their own home town?
I live in an area where there's very little available as far as help around the house & yard.
I was told to call hospice, but I am not bed bound yet, despite the fact that I have stage IV breast to bone (spine) cancer.
I have herniated a disc trying to do simple chores, and feel that I need help, but there are no volunteer services nearby.
Any such help costs at least $10 per hour, ie yardwork or housecleaning. Or even nursing care. Any ideas?
