Forgive me but I really don't know much about cancer, but anyway I had this lump on the lower part of my back for about 2 weeks. I didn't think anything of it and after a few days it decreased in size. Now it started up again. I always thought that if it was cancer it wouldn't decrease in size and only increase. It has no color to it but I do feel some discomfort when it is pushed down on. So should I be concerned?
