: : Forgive me but I really don't know much about cancer, but anyway I had this lump on the lower part of my back for about 2 weeks. I didn't think anything of it and after a few days it decreased in size. Now it started up again. I always thought that if it was cancer it wouldn't decrease in size and only increase. It has no color to it but I do feel some discomfort when it is pushed down on. So should I be concerned?
: Todd, it doesn't sound like cancer, but anything that's been there for two weeks should be checked out by an internist, family doctor, or dermatologist. Please don't ignore it.

Hi Todd,... Yes you should be concerned. Go to your Dr. and have it checked out. It sounds like a lymph node. The way I think is anything on my body that isn't suppose to be there I have it checked out. Go to the Dr. NOW
