i don't know what kind of ovarian cancer your mom has been treated for but i just wanted to know i just read about a vaccine trial for epithieal ovarian cancer at sloan kettering, i think this is aimed at going after something called a lewis-y antigen which is on the surface of ovarian cancer. i think you have to have failed platinum based therapy, don't know if this fits your mother, but i thought i'd tell you about it.it consists of five vaccanations with this antigen and qs-21 which is an immune agent.
