hey everyone, i just have a few questions because i'm a bit worried. i found a lump in my nipple. i usually get them around my period and my doctor said that they are hormonal and they always go away. well my period ended on saturday and i still have it. should i wait a little longer to see if it goes away? i've been playing with it and like squeezing it and now it hurts and its kinda red and kinda swollen...not a lot...a little. did i make it worse? could that be why it didn't go away yet? it feels the same as the ones i usually get but i'm just scared because its still there...i'm hoping its because i keep touching it and aggravating it ya know? has anyone else had a similar situation? thank you so much in advance to all that respond. take care.
