their is generic is the us. but its still quite expensive, planetrx(i just looked up their price is about 115 for a month supply of the 20 mg. is this for prevention of returning breast cancer, or acutally treating? there are still clinical trials involving treatment and there is the star trial in which a person gets tamoxifen or raloxifine(you don't get a choice, you'r randomized) to prevent breast cancer . if she somehow could manage to be part of a clinical trial the cost of the drug is free. you only pay for the doctor visits.
