: In a study of new cancer patients at the Cancer Treatment Center of Oklahoma City. most patients smoked or had smoked, did not like to eat green vegetables, had below normal body temps, rarely excercised to a sweat, ate large proportions of refined flour products (bread, crackers, cookies, rolls) had a stressful event in their recent history, and last but not least, drank soda pop, colas, coffee, bottled juices, and very little water.

: Anyone ever heard of wheatgrass? No, that's funny cause the AMA approved of it in 1939 as an accepted food. You might be surprised to find that it has more protein than eggs. It boosts your immune system, has vitamins, minerals, anti-oxidents, oxygen given off of it but hey, keep taking those drugs, chemo, radiation and surgery.
Hi! I was interested in what you were saying, I don't know if you will see this post since your letter was a while ago. I had a couple of questions that I was wondering if you might know about, you mentioned bottled juices, are these considered bad for you? I always think I'm doing good if we drink like bottled cranberry juice or apple juice. Also, too much bread is considered bad? I have one child that just loves bread, crackers, etc. and I have trouble getting her to eat anything besides things like that, pancakes, waffles, etc. Also, on the wheatgrass, where do you find that, in health food stores as a drink or what? Well, thanks for the info and I am always telling my kids to eat more natural products, for instance I think all the fat free stuff is just junk, so we buy the healthier, even if it contains more fat, version of things. Thanks again! Val
