You should never guilty for taking care of yourself. This is your life, and you have to protect it.
Good for you for taking a stand and going to see a doctor on your own. It's your body and if it's telling you that something's not right, you better listen.
Doctor's deal with women like us everyday, they think they've seen it all. I've had doctors say things like "I could do this in my sleep", while giving me a breast exam.
These doctors think they know it all. But they are not inside your mind. They don't know how you feel. Get a second opinion if you feel you should. See another doctor if you think
you need too. You have to take care of your body.
