: : : : : I put a patient with pancreatic cancer on clinoril (sulindac) and he feels much better. look up sulindac sulphone or exisulind on the WWW. 2 methoxyestradiol is an estrogen that is also of great utility. it is like endo and angiostatin but is an oral pill you can take. arglabin and sch66336 are known to stop RAS tumors and most bile duct is RAS.
: : : : I have two questions for you:
: : : : 1) What is a RAS tumor?
: : : : 2) Are you an MD?
: : : : I think you are being a little misleading. Your "cocktail" is unlikely to cure cholangiocarcinoma!!!
: : : :
: : : Do you know anything about cholangiocarcinoma?
: : I AM an MD! look up "exisulind" on the www. bile duct cancers are often from KRAS mutations. the respond to farnesyl transferase inhibitors. the exisulind metabolite of clinoril causes ALL cancer cells to commit suicide without harming normal tissue.
: If this is the case, then why hasn't anyone I spoke to about this ever heard of this and why aren't all doctors using this approach if it's that easy?
because since the thalidomide disaster, we are cautious and prissy. I invite you to look in pubmed for information on this. first we try things in cell cultures, then rats, finally humans in increasing dosages. They ARE trying it on colon polyps and prostate cancer, with great results. I have an internet "patient" on the John Hopkins Pancreatic cancer board on 200mg BID and he is doing very well. These types of treatments are the future!
