My father is eighty three and living alone in a large house across the country from me, cared for by a married couple. He has alredy given the husband his car as a "thank you" for some help..... now they want to move to another state and buy a house and want him to move with them and buy a third of the house.... my Dad is quite well off financially and I am worried that they will take advantage of him. He won't come live with me or my sister and won't consider a retirement home option. I am worried about the legal implications of him sharing a house purchase.... any advice?
