: There have been times when I could almost feel my mother's pain. She has always tried not to be a burden, though. Not long ago, I was trying to think of something cheerful to say and I said, "The best thing you did for us chiLdren was keeping us in church." She visibly brightened and thanked me for saying that.
: I really meant what I said. Church is where I learned the most important truth:
: "For God so loved the world that He gave us his only son that whoever believes in him should not perish but have everlasting life." (John 3:16)
Alycee, The Golden Rule are the best words ever written! Your mom should be proud that she kept her children in the church. So many children have left the church, along with their families.
Your mom will hve an extra star in her crown for such good children.
Best wishes for a good day for your mom and you.
Blessings, Betty D.
