We share the care of my husband's mother with a
respite employee. Recently care decisions include
some disagreement from the employee. Health conditions
including a gastrostomy, tooth extraction infections,
and depression require changes in medications and care
from one day to the next. We appreciate the kindness
and cheer of this employee and the personal investment
which she has given, but how can we maintain the harmony?
