: I had surgery ,almost 7 ys ago on both wrist, although it helped in away, the dr sent me back to work without work harden, or anything reinjured my hands, then went to PT,I work using my hands a lot, they are starting to hurt me again and now I have a large lump on my left hand at the wrist and a tendon on my right giving me a fit, any suggestion? Thank you Mary
Mary, the lump on the one wrist is called a ganglion cyst -- it won't go away on it's own. Either having it drained, or having surgery, is the only way to get rid of it. The pain in the other wrist, is probably a recurrance of the carpal tunnel. You need to talk to your doctor, about both wrists.
