: Hello. Recently I've been having severe pain in my right wrist. It seems to weaken when carrying things and it often "cracks". I'm wondering if this could be carpel tunnel. I'm on the computer a lot and just recently adjusted my chair so that my elbows are perpendicular with the keyboard. I'm hoping that will help. Anyways, any feedback would be helpful.
