:I'm not sure if the Dr.s would classify that as carpal tunnel or not but I think that it fits in with what I believe carpal tunnel to be which is: scar tissue on the myofascia surrounding the muscles which inhibits the proper movement of those muscles and causes pain. Try to find a Dr. or masseuse or chiropractor or physiotherapist. who practices a technique called Active Release Therapy. Should fix it right up in a few sessions (if that is what it is). Try taking vitamins too and lots of B vitamins. Jackie. About a month ago I started getting a slight pain in my wrist. It would bother me when I would type mostly. Now the pain is from the middle of my hand all the up to right below my elbow. This soreness hurts to the touch or when I bend back my wrist. The pain is only in my right hand, not my left and is on the top of my arm, not the bottom. I don't know much about it, but could this be Carpel Tunnel Syndrome?
