I couldn't believe all of the suggestions you received were for surgery. I just logged onto this site for the first time and was surprised no one mentioned Chiropractic to you. Before you do a drastic surgery give a Chiropractor the opportunity to do what he/she does best. Best of luck with whatever you choose to do.
