: you know the feeling you get when you get hit on the inner side of your arm (part where there is no hair) and how you get a stinging feeling, well I get that feeling quite often lately, especially when at the computer, can anyone give me some feedback palease
Heres what you need to do. See a doctor ( if possible ). Get an ms natural keyboard. Its expensive but definetly worth it for your health. You can find it at just about any computer store. Fry's,comp usa, office depot. There are some posture practices and hand excercises that will prevent carpal tunnel from setting in. I dont really know how to explain them off hand but an orthepedic doctor or somebody should be able to help. The key is prevention. You are at an early stage now and I recommend you try and prevent it from happening as much as possible with good posture and excercise. Good luck to you.
