I have also read that taking vit. B6 at 250 mg. will cure carpal tunnel. As i understand it, vitamin B's are water soluble, so what you don't use, flushes out of the body. I think you have to take other B vitamins in conjunction with it though. Better check that out. Maybe check with a Dr. too. I take B100's which has B-1 , B-2, Niacinamide, B-6, B-12, Biotin and Folic acid and some other stuff. The B's are all at 100 mg. Read my posts below about Active Release Therapy also. Carpal Tunnel can also be one side effect of thyroid problems. Maybe check that also. Good luck. Jackie

i have seen messages about treating carpel tunnel with the vitamin b-6. is it safe to take 150-200 milligrams every day and how expensive is it.

: in europe i have found b-6 at 20 milligrams doses; should i take 5 or 6 of these at a time and are the effects only temporary?
