: Conquering carpal tunnel & other repetitive strain injuries by Sharon J. Butler....Deals all about stretching, exercise, therapy etc...so surgery won't be necessary....many many at my work place have follwed teachings of the book and those suffering symptoms + DeQuervains tendonitis--are free from problems--ya gotta make it a way of life though---part of dailty routine--stretching etc...adequate breaks....
: rob Rob I have heard of this stretching machine but my doctor hasnt. Its a chiropractic thing. I would never let anyone do it to me. Message theraphy helped me alot. Even my hand therapist said it dosnt sound like a cure or good treatment be careful jean
: : I have CTS, Cubital tunnel, and TOS (shoulder area) on my right side, cubital tunnel on my left and the beginning of CTS on my left arm. I found this newspaper article that talks about a machine which has effective non-surgical treatment by re-stretching the muscles and ligaments in the wrist which (I'm told) tighten with CTS. Have any of you heard of this?
: : I am currently seeing a conservative hand surgeon, a neurologist, and a physical therapist. Although it's been 9 weeks and I have been feeling betterby wearing wrist braces and not using it, I want to be 100% better.
