: Neurologist said I have Repetitive Stress with CTS - having EMG next week. Also, pain in forearms is most prominent : of symptoms. Seeing chiropractor for about 4 weeks (twice a week) - no real relief yet. How long should I give him? : Tried acupuncture - no results either. Taking B6/bromelain/vitamins, etc. Use computer on job. Where can I find Active Release : Therapy on internet? Searching doesn't come up with anything. I will ask my chiro. This all started about 4 months ago, in fingertips when : I would use the mouse. Now it escalated throughout entire arm and neck. Chiro said it comes from the neck. Also affected legs and feet, but : that seems to have improved. Any advice would be appreciated. MaryAnn You might want to call your state rehabilitative agency to get Naturally Speaking Software and a footmouse for work. Sounds like your body needs a rest. I am currently being trained using these tools, so that I can work again as an Administrative Assistant. You are considered disabled you know. CTS is a soft-tissue disability protected under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Your employer may be able to purchase these items for you under that act.
