: : : You probabaly ahve to get a workers comp lawyer and he will refer you to a specialist in work related injuries...if you don't you will probably get walked on!
: : Thank you Cori. Get a Lawyer is what keeps coming back to me. I really wanted to work this out with my employer. But I will get some legal advice. Thank you. Lisa
: Be sure to let us know how it goes.
UPDATE: I have an atty. My surg date is 8/1/00 on the right and 11/14/00 on the left. Come to find out I also have Bilateral TOS. I am also being sent to a back and neck specialist. This is becoming a bigger picture than I had ever imagined. To majke matters worse I also have Fibromyalgia. I have been told by fibro suffers that my recovery time may be longer because of the fibro. This is a very difficult condition to live with. I worry about what line of work I will be able to do. Feel Free to email me at BlessingTwo@aol.com Lisa
