Over the past two weeks, I've noticed a tingling sensation in my pinky and ring fingers on my left hand, almost exactly like the "pins-and-needles" feeling you get when your hand falls asleep. There's not really pain in my wrist, but the tingling gets stronger when I am at my computer (I am a Web designer/editor and am doing Internet research on online gaming, so I spend an inordinate amount of time on the computer) or under extreme temperatures (under hot water). I don't really know what else it could be, so any thoughts or advice on diagnosis and/or treatment would be appreciated.
