: Over the past two weeks, I've noticed a tingling sensation in my pinky and ring fingers on my left hand, almost exactly like the "pins-and-needles" feeling you get when your hand falls asleep. There's not really pain in my wrist, but the tingling gets stronger when I am at my computer (I am a Web designer/editor and am doing Internet research on online gaming, so I spend an inordinate amount of time on the computer) or under extreme temperatures (under hot water). : I don't really know what else it could be, so any thoughts or advice on diagnosis and/or treatment would be appreciated. Justin, If it continues you really should see a doctor. Carpal tunnel nerve controls thumb, first two fingers & inner side of the ring finger. What you are describing sounds like ulner nerve which also runs down the elbow. Do you rest on your elbow very often? Best of Luck to you, Deborah
