I bought FLEXTEND about 6 months ago and used it as instructed. I believe my hands became stronger, but the numbness and pain did not go away. The "90%" success rate that Flextend claims may be too high. In short, I think teh gloves are a good workout for the hands, but they are not a magical "cure all" for CTS. Have realistic expectations... Good luck.
