Hi When the median nerve gets stuck between muscles anywhere from the shoulder blade down to your wrist (simplistic) all sorts of tingling things can happen. Try Active Release Therapy. Check my posts below and the web for more information. My Chiropractor uses it on a lot of my muscles that have "seized" on me. It's working great. Good luck
: Maybe someone can help me. I have been experiencing (for about 3 months) numbness in the tip of my middle finger.
: I also have a strange sort of kinked and tingly feeling that starts in my armpit and flows down my arm. My entire
: arm feels ice cold especially my hand. I work at a computer all day and my company is very concerned about
: ergonomics, so I'm sure that everything I have is adjusted propperly. There is only very slight pain at times in my
: shoulder/armpit. Mostly it's just very anoying!!! From reading other CTS postings it doesn't sound like that is what I
: have... Can somebody please help?
