A quick search for me turned up WWW.chiropractic-sports.com/reference/ART.HTML and www.prohealthcenters.com/activerelease.htm. I haven't read these sites yet but it looks like they might have some information for you. A Dr. Leahy copywrited the ACT technique so you could try punching in his name and see what turns up. To find a practicioner in your area you may have to phone around and ask who does it (try chiropractors, physical therapists). Make sure they have taken the approved Dr. Leahy courses. My chiropractor did one session on the muscles that run down my neck to my shoulder blade and got rid of a nagging pain there that I have had for years. ( Plus also getting rid of the carpal tunnel.) When I use my hand lots tho I can feel it getting weak ,so I have to take it a little easier for a bit. Good luck.
