About once every 2 months I have pain in my right wrist (top of wrist) that lasts for at least a week and can be quite painful (it only hurts when I move it, even the slightest bit). There doesn't seem to ever be a common event that causes the pain, it just seems to randomly appear. I work a lot on the computer. Could this be the cause and could this be CTS? I don't have any tingling sensations and my fingers are not numb or sore. The pain always seems to eventually go away on its own. I just bought a wrist support today because moving my wrist was so painful. Will this help? Any info, advice would be appreciated!
