I'm 22 years old, and I'm on a computer _all_ day long. I am using wrist pads for keyboard & mouse for the last 6 months or so.
Now the problem is, in my left wrist (it seems to go back and forth between wrists actually) I seem to have a dull pain most of the time. If I push my hand down so it is perpendicular with forarm (fingers toward inner forarm) it hurts a lot and I have slight loss of strength while in this position.
My daily activities are not being affected, and I workout regularly (have for years before this, so its not working out that is doing it, but rather my computer quite clearly). The reason I worry is because my career is in computers and I'm 22! I'm reading up on some material now, but what should I really do - because not using a computer isn't gonna be a real solution!
If anyone has any insight please offer it or email me at firstname.lastname@example.org Thanks!
