: Yes I hate this, this pain is unreal!!!! God is there
: anyway out of this pain. I can even lift anymore.
: God I don't understand what shit like this always happens to me!!!!!!!! I can't get anywhere in life!!!!

: Does anybody have suggestiom for me. What about surgery??? I don't care if it hurts, I just don't want
: to deal with this anymore. I know right where it hurt and if they just moved my nerve out of the way the
: pain would stop i just know it!!!

: I can't stop lifting its my life. I hate not being able to lift!!!!! What am I to do. I can't wear a brace!!!!! no way, thats not going to do nothing!!!
: I need it gone. I have had this for 5 years and it started a couple of years after I started lifting. Now It hurts so bad I have had to take a full week off. I that really is not what I wanted to do.

: My Cubital tunnel Syndrome is not caused by typing or anything job rel.

: I need a doctor that will listen to me out about this and not juge me out being a bodybuilder. Bodybuilding is my life, I love it. Saying stoping lifting for me, is like say stop breathing!! I have to lift, I will go crazy if I can not. I have been work so hard in the gym to be stop by this! I don't think so! I have to find to way!

: Therpy and braces out of the question for me!! I can do my therpy on my own because I know how to do therpy!! I did my own for my shoulders when I surgery on them. I have the background of a phsical trainer so Therpy is something I know very, very well.

: I have tried for 2 years to work around this problem and it just will not go away, and I think its getting worse as the years go on. My only hope is a surgical procured that will move that darn nerve out of the way of my elbow. You see when I lift it crates pressure in the back of my arm which press aganist my nerve. This pressure against my nerve cause my nerve to get inflamed then causing damage to the nerve which i feel as pain.

: If you have any suggestion for me I would be glad to hear them, as long as its not about a dang brace for my arms(besides I live alone and I this crap in both arms and I have no one to help put it on every darn night!!!)
:

: I'm very fustated at this point and need some help on what I should be

:
: Ps. Also I have a very, very good orthopaedic surgeon that has help me out in the past concering my should problem. He preformed surgery on my shoulder and they are as good as new. AND I WHEN TO 3 DOCTORS AND ALL THEY DID WAS GIVE ME A STEROID INJECTION WHICH COULD CAUSE EVEN MORE DAMAGE!!!!! I DO NOT WANT THAT STEROID CRAP FOR THIS NO, YOU START GETTING THOSE SHOTS AND IT WILL MESS YOU UP IN THE LONG RUN PLUS IT DOES NOT FIX THE PROBLEM IT ONLY FEEL LIKE ITS FIX, THEN YOU FEEL FINE AND CRATE MORE DAMAGE TO THE INJURY!!

:
: I am ferm beviever in surgery to fix sports problems and other problem. YES THERE ARE RISKES INVOLED BUT LOOK AT WHAT YOUR ALTRNTIVES ARE, being not much for CUBITAL TUNNEL SYNDROME. AND I KNOW THERE WILL BE A PEROID OF RECOVERY, I CAN DEAL WITH THAT, I BET I BE BACK IN 3 MONTHS WITH WHAT i KNOW ABOUT THERPY.
: (I SPELL BAD SO DON'T HOLD IT AGINST ME!)

I also have Cubital Tunnel. I am scheduling my surgery next month. I work for a surgeon and I have been informed that quite often it is not the repetitive action of work or weight lifting or playing an instrument that causes CTS. There are people with an abnormally sharp angle to thier cubital tunnel which over the life-span will stretch the nerve, in these cases no therapy other than surgery will be that useful. Do not let anyone try to give you a steroid injection to the Tunnel, there is no reason for it like you said in your post. I can tell you more about my experience and what I have learned, feel free to email me.
